As a pre-natal yoga teacher, yoga therapist in training, and a pelvic floor yoga therapist, I can bring yoga as a healing tool to fit your individual needs. I believe yoga has the ability to shift and adapt to fit the needs and goals of the individual.
Together we will cultivate a customized daily healing plan that will help you reach your goals, but more importantly, come home to yourself once more. We will blend yoga asana, meditations, hand mudras, essential oils, self-care practices, and more.

When I step into class, I do my best to shed expectations in order to truly see each individual, from their energy body to their physical form. I plug into the needs of the class to provide each individual and the group with exactly what’s needed for a safe and illuminating experience.
