How did you get started teaching?

I started my yoga journey in 2013, looking for a way to relieve stress and maintain a fit body. Not knowing the benefits of yoga for the mind, body, and soul. During my first few classes, I was more conscious, aware, and alive than every before. After classes, I could feel the benefits of the stretches and breathing techniques. All the while, this was not taught by the teacher. It was from within me. I continued to explore yoga before taking my teacher training course in 2015.

In this same year, I received my 200hr Registered Yoga Training (RYT) certification from Yoga District in Washington, DC. In 2017, Royalty Yoga LLC was created to assist you with becoming more aware, while toning your body and relaxing your mind.

What types of students have you worked with?
