I was practicing martial arts from 6 year old, Judo, Karate, Kung fu ke hsiao, shaolin Kung fu were some of the martial arts that I learned, I am the founder of the kung fu system kam Lung Tao (the way of the golden dragon). I opened my first Kung fu school in 2002, currently I’m the owner and Kung fu master of MACSFIT GYM.
