C.O.B.R.A. Self Defense - Trinity

We are the only Certified C.O.B.R.A. Self Defense training center in Pasco County. C.O.B.R.A. Self Defense is an international self defense training curriculum that is taught throughout the world. Our programs are suitable for students of all ages (there are specific programs for children, teens, women, etc) and include abduction avoidance and Active Shooter Reponse training. Our staff are professional, certified Self Defense instructors with experience in effective instruction to students of all ages and abilities.
