I provide private, one-on-one and small group fitness training. Training methods used?Anything from boxing, kickboxing, strength training, and/or agility development. No matter the method, there's one goal in mind. That's to help you become more HEALTHY!

We'll have multiple locations as options for training. Any parks, gyms nearby or even next to your community pool! I can come directly to you or we can meet at a halfway point. I can also accommodate small groups of up to three people. I work with adults and youth ages 15 and up.

My mission is to help as many people as possible discover the strength they already have inside them. Through structured strength training, skill development, agility drills, and conditioning, you’ll not only improve your fitness—you’ll develop confidence, discipline, and new abilities you didn’t know you had.

I’ve trained in multiple martial arts—including Jiu-Jitsu, kickboxing, and wrestling—for over 10 years, and I am also a NASM-certified personal trainer.

There’s a powerful moment that happens when someone finally lands a technique correctly, moves faster than they thought possible, or hits a milestone they once thought was out of reach. Being there for that moment is priceless.

    I been training with Coach KG for a bit over a year, I gotta say I really have come a long way from where I started. He definitely pushes you to become the best version of yourself. You definitely can tell he loves what he does and gives you an overall great atmosphere to work in. I definitely would recommend him!

    One of the best! I Went from a sloppy form/technique to a much better one, punches have more power, More balance in stance, and overall increase in boxing knowledge and skill. Also lost some pounds in the process, which is always a plus. The trainings are amazing, He Breaks it down to where one workout correlates to the next one and by the end the session everything you did comes together to enhance your boxing technique, punches, and or movement. He’s very patient too and doesn’t rush he works at a pace that suits your needs and learning ability and pushes you past the comfort zone to greatness. 100% would recommend anyone to train with KG!!

    My process with a new student always starts with a conversation and assessment. I like to understand your goals first—whether that’s weight loss, building strength, improving conditioning, learning boxing or kickboxing techniques, or developing agility and athletic movement. During the first session, we go through a light fitness and movement assessment. This helps me see your current fitness level, coordination, balance, and any limitations so I can design training that is safe, effective, and personalized to you. From there, I create a structured training plan that blends boxing and kickboxing fundamentals with strength training, conditioning, agility drills, and HIIT-style workouts. Each session focuses on building skills while also improving overall fitness, endurance, and confidence. As we continue training, I track progress and adjust the workouts to make sure you keep improving and stay challenged. My goal is to help every student develop real skills, get stronger, move better, and reach milestones they didn’t think were possible. Most importantly, I focus on creating an environment where students feel comfortable, motivated, and supported throughout their journey
    Throughout the course of my career, I've completed a multitude of training courses, obtained multiple certifications including the NASM CPT. I've trained and worked with all types of different clients. Both online and in person. I've gotten to see what works and what will just slow us down.
    All sessions are paid for in advance. Online sessions range from $19 - $45 / session In person sessions range from $60 - $80 / session Small group sessions range from $40 - $60 per person
    I was a lost individual and my weight was getting out of control until I found my coach who helped me. Now I want to help others.

    Ask plenty of questions and do your own research. If your trainer is not big on teaching fundamentals, there is a problem. Also, keep in mind that a good trainer will help you find your strengths and make you push past your weaknesses
    Really dial in on what you DON'T want your life to be like. Then try to communicate that to your coach so they can help
