I like that the instructor is very friendly and always ready to help. He takes the time to explain every step as well as correct us individually as we do it ourselves. We do drills and real life scenarios. Sometimes we meet at Crunch fitness to practice with more intensity. It is very helpful so we can practice what we learn without hurting our partners and get more of a workout. Definitely recommend!
