About this pro

I personalize your work-out routine based on your body type.  I also recommend nutritional plans to facilitate energy levels and ensure that goals are obtained.  I am a Certified Fitness Trainer through the International Sports Sciences Association.  I have been in fitness for 7 years.  My passion stems from seeing the gratification on my clients faces when they look in the mirror at the end of their work-out routines.  I will be adding a website and social media link soon.  I look forward to working with you.

I am also a Certified TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) professional through the International Open Academy.  I have been teaching for over 5 years.  I have taught over 5,000 classes to students that range in age from 3 - 18 years old.  I speak three languages other than English: Spanish, French and Chinese.  My rates range from $50 - $75 per hour.  The most exciting thing about teaching is seeing the enthusiasm in my students as they learn to better themselves through education and learning a new language.

I enjoy helping others and showing them a path to a better quality of life.  I have done this with over hundreds of clients.  My craft is Fitness Training and Teaching English.  I hope to be your partner in this life-long journey of learning.

I love feeling and eating healthy.  I wake up feeling amazing and I sleep really well.  I started teaching and fitness training because I want my clients to have a better quality of life.

What types of students have you worked with?

Personal Training: I have worked with sedentary working professionals, college athletes, college students, pregnant women, post-pregnant women and rehabilitation clients.

Teaching English: I have worked with kids between the ages of 3 - 18 years old.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

I recent taught a class of 20 students during the pandemic so that they can work off the extra lbs that came with working from home.

I recently taught an entire foreign family how to appropriately use gerunds, similes, personfication and alliterations in everyday language.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

I am very proud of my certifications and my work ethic.  I hope that a student/client will look for these characteristics in their next fitness trainer and TESOL professor.

What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?

Write down all of your fitness needs and then prioritize them.  I will do the rest of the work.  I have a proven system that works.

Write down all of your language goals and issues.  I will build a curriculum to focus on these areas and ensure that you will have progress toward your goals.
