About
I am an Ayurvedic practitioner, reiki therapist and yoga instructor (E-RYT® 200) based in Chicago, IL. I focus on a holistic path to well-being for busy professionals with special expertise in chronic stress, headache, back pain, digestion, sleep disorders, women's health, anxiety and depression.
Modalities used in my practice with individuals and in corporate wellness are fully tailored for each client based on the individual needs and goals. Services include Ayurveda, holistic nutrition, medicinal herbs, mindfulness, reiki, yoga, meditation, sound therapy, marma therapy, breath work, aromatherapy, imagery and more.
I love creating completely non-judgmental, non-comparison environment and cultivating inward exploration during the yoga practice. Students are able to create more space to move and breath, soften and lengthen their bodies, discover inner peace and joy. As a result, students are able to relax, release the stress and explore the body, mind and spirit connection. They leave the class feeling rejuvenated and at peace. Being a witness of such amazing transformation fascinates me and truly inspires each time.

I work with busy professionals, elderly, children, pregnant women, new mothers, couples, individuals with injuries and chronic health conditions. I teach private sessions and group classes.
