About this pro

As a former opera singer, I am a woman of many voices who can speak and teach to an array of people, regardless of their socio-economic status, understanding of the body, or experiences with yoga. My own yoga experiences began in NY with iyengar and hatha yoga and has evolved into exploring vinyasa, ashtanga, yoga nidra, and kundalini - to name a few.  I am interested in vinyasa, yoga nidra, kids yoga, and am a reiki practitioner as well as deeksha oneness blessing initiated. I want to be a vessel to share this knowledge with the masses while I continue to learn as a constant student.  Yoga helped get through an extremely difficult transition and time. If I can do for one person what yoga has done for me, it will all be worth it.
