I am an Oriental Medicine practitioner( Acupuncturist and Herbalist).
My yoga practice is strongly influenced by Buddhist approach, with focus on breath control and visualization, movement in all directions of mobility and space. I am a Buddhist practitioner, Karma Kagyu Tibetan lineage, so does my meditation practice.
I am teaching people to integrate movement, breath, meditation for the purpose of reaching their excellence or regain their state of health balance.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
The typical process is finding out their goals, what do they want to achieve with Yoga, what are their challenges and what is easy for them. based on their input, I will create the best class format for them.

I am a Licenced Massage Therapist with extensive experience in Sports Massage.
I am a Diplomate Acupuncturist and Injury Prevention Coach.
I am a Yoga Alliance Certified Teacher and Educator( over 900 hours education) and Yoga Therapist in training with over 500 hours of Education.

How did you get started teaching?
AS an Oriental Medicine practitioner I was seeing people that I've known for years coming into the office with new pains from Yoga and Pilates. I was already practiting Yoga for my own wellbeing and that determined me to get my formal training, so I can show them how to practice in a safe way.
What types of students have you worked with?
Wide variety, from teenagers to elderly. From emotional issues, stress to pain ( acute or chronic).

Shiatsu Symposium. I reviewed very simple and effective techiques for pain reduction!
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Meet with that teacher in person! Make the decision after! Some people are great marketers without a lot to offer,some others have a lot to offer but don't know how to present themselves...
