Everyone is welcome here. There is not one body type, age, race or anything exclusive about the yoga I teach. Yoga is about a deep sense of connection with yourself and deep relaxation. You do not have to be on a higher spiritual plane to participate. I am not spiritually superior to my students. This is also not a money making venture. Yoga was never intended to be that. It is wisdom passed from teacher to student over thousands of years. Come, start your journey!

It always surprises me how many different ways yoga benefits people. Sometimes there are things we expect, like "my neck feels better" or " I can sleep better" and then, there are unexpected responses, like, " I found the courage to look for a better job" or "I find myself thinking more clearly at work." It's very gratifying to watch that kind of thing unfold.
