Studio101 is a great neighborhood studio that is friendly, convenient, and affordable by comparison to other fitness class studios. You dont have to pre-register to attend, and there are a variety of classes to choose from. I personally really like the Zumba toning class because it incorporates weights. I also like that the class participants are all ages, shapes, and sizes, so it feels more welcoming than a gym environment. I highly recommend!
