My yoga services are for everyone and anyone of all ages. Yoga sessions are always customized to meet the client's needs, whether that be strength building, deep stretching, body restoration, breath work, meditation, pain reduction, anxiety reduction, or all of the above. Whatever you dream of your practice to be, I will bring it to you.

First I want to get to know you and what you're looking to get out of our sessions together. Prior to our first session I will have you complete a qustionnaire to give me some understanding of your history with yoga, any injuries, and your personal goals. I find it extremely important to listen to my students and meet them where they are at.
I received my RYT 200 2.5 years ago in Goa, India. I am a certified vinyasa and ashtanga yoga instructor through the yoga alliance. Aside from ashtanga and vinyasa I have also taught a variety of other levels and styles including restorative, kids, chair yoga, and beginners yoga.
My base rate is 20 per hour, however, that does not include planning time outside of class, travel time, length of session, and any other factors that could increase time and price. A typical session ranges between 30 and 60 an hour depending on the aforementioned factors.
Eight years ago I took my first ever yoga class and fell in love. As I continued to practice and learn more about yoga as a lifestyle I knew I wanted to share it with the world. It was always a goal of mine to become a yoga teacher and in 2015 I boarded a plane to India and made my dream come true. Here I am today sharing my knowledge and love of yoga with you :).
I have worked with students of all ages, levels, and body types. I've taught childrens yoga, senior yoga, yoga in mental health settings, yoga to beginners, prenatal yoga, everyone. Every student is different and I love learning about my students on an individual level and customizing the class to his or her needs.

Find someone who is passionate about yoga as a whole, not just the physical practice. Find someone who is going to help you grow not just physically, but mentally and spiritually as well. Find someone who will listen to you and take time to customize your sessions towards your personal goals, not the goals the instructor wants to have for you. Find someone with who you connect with.
