I have been teaching Hatha, Vinyasa, Iyengar( Body-alignment) , Prenatal and kids yoga for 12 years now. Having learnt from authentic Yoga Schools in India and taught in different countries over the last so many years, my classes are suitable for all level students. I am very passionate about what I do. It is a way of life for me and help others make it the same for them. Yoga for a healthy body, mind and spirit is what I teach as a practice. One goes beyond the mat and takes home not only a healthy body but also a peaceful mind and attitude.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I start with basics of Yoga practice and strengthen the foundation. Stretches and a few joint mobilizing movements to begin with. Depending on the limitations and capability of the new student, a sequence of standing and seated poses followed by restorative is taught in my class. Followed by breathe work, yogic techniques to cleanse the body and boost the immunity system, the class flows into meditation and finally relaxation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been teaching Hatha, Therapeutic Yoga, Body-Alignment, Breath works and more over 12 years now. Internationally certified and have been teaching in Yoga Studios and conducting private sessions for one on one classes. I also conduct workshops, corporate classes and group classes.

The pricing depends on the number of classes. We customise Class packs as per the requirement.

How did you get started teaching?
I started my journey as a Yoga student and then a teacher at a young age. Exposed to an array of good masters and authentic Yoga universities and courses in India, it was the path I chose, which later led me to teach in different countries like Bali, Dubai, Turkey, Hongkong and North America. I have been conducting mindfulness and Yoga workshops in Yoga festivals, corporates and yoga studios for more than 12 years now.
What types of students have you worked with?
I work with students of All Levels. Wheather a beginner or advanced practitioner, the class is beneficial to all. I even teach Therapeutic & Restorative Yoga, using yoga props like Blocks, belts and Bolsters. Body-alignment and posture correction are always focussed on, along with other any limitations one might be suffering from. Problems like acidity, joint pains, backaches, cervical pains, PCOD, diabetes, asthma and many such ailments are worked on in my classes.
A mix of physical asanas, Breathe work and meditation leaves one wholesome and happy after the class!
