We offer weekly drop-in classes for beginners and intermediate level students. All of our teachers are highly trained and skilled at working with individuals as well as leading group classes.
We offer Gentle Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Meditation, Qi Gong and specialty series classes such as Yoga for Grief & Loss, as well as prenatal and postnatal yoga.
