Check out my website here:

I received my initial yoga teacher training with The Yoga Institute in Houston, TX. I was registered with the National Association of Certified Yoga Teachers and the Yoga Alliance (RYT-200) and opened New Breath Yoga & Movement, originally in Texas. I have taught over 250 yoga classes.

I teach yoga and movement classes for many ages and levels - youth, adults, and senior citizens. I offer in-person and distance classes, private or group. I incorporate various styles and teach in a personal, caring, conscious, encouraging manner.

I have received training in vinyasa krama yoga, yin yoga, and restorative yoga, myofascial release, ballet, somatic psychology, and expressive arts therapy. I am certified to facilitate Core Strength Vinyasa, Dancing Mindfulness, and hypnotherapy.

I am currently pursuing my PhD in Psychology from Meridian University, and I offer services and teaching through New Breath Yoga & Movement from Chicago, IL.

My goal is to accompany and assist you in you own journey, and to make yoga, movement, fitness, creativity, embodiment, health, and spirituality accessible for you no matter where you are on your path.

I love offering multiple options when I teach and encouraging my students to modify their yoga practice to work for them.

One of my favorite parts about teaching is watching my students progress over time and become more aware and accepting of their bodies. I love hearing how deep breathing and yoga poses have helped my students with stress relief, fitness, flexibility, and health. I love being a part of such growth and transformation.
