About
I am so excited to begin sharing the joy, peace, and strength that comes with yoga. I have been practicing for 7 years now and recently graduated from my ytt course of 6 months and 200 hours of training. I love connecting with others and helping guide people into a deeper practice physically, mentally, emotionally, and even spiritually. Yoga has changed my life for the positive and I hope I can bring that to others.
I enjoy connecting with people and making student teacher relationships. I also enjoy being able to spread the knowledge and love that is yoga.

I am starting my teaching career and have taught family and community classes at Nature Yoga.
What types of students have you worked with?

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I was at a yoga studio interviewing for a job and just from the conversation that I and the owner were having I was able to connect with several students leaving the community class. It was so great to get a sense of what kind of community the studio had and how quickly I could genuinely connect to some of the students there.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Any and all questions are valid. I would love to grow so anything from you is helpful.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
What style of yoga they are into? Where they are in this journey, just to share to give me background knowledge? What you want out of the sessions? How often you want lessons? When you are available. What are you scared of or nervous about in the process?
