Welcome! I’m a Vinyasa Yoga Instructor, Somatic Stretch Therapist, Dance Instructor, and Reiki Level II Practitioner. My pedagogy is founded in Afro-Diasporic/ Indigenous knowledge of the body and spirit. My deep understanding of the body is intertwined with the synchronicities and manifestations of the body on a spiritual level. I graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign with my Bachelor of Arts in Dance, obtained my 200hr Vinyasa RYT through My Vinyasa Practice, and became a Licensed Somatic Stretch Coach as of July 2024. I look forward in helping you get in tuned with your sacred temple.
