CKM Midwest

CKM Midwest is focused on teaching self-defense. Commando Krav Maga is a reality-based self-defense system where its central idea is to survive the situation. No expereince or fitness level is necessary. I have been a practicing martial artist for over 20 years, this is a great complement to any training you may have. I am a 3rd Black Belt in Karate. Within the CKM system, I am the first female Level 7 Instructor; an Elite Smartsafe Instructor and Level 4 (a specific women's reality-based self-defense systme); and Level 4 Super Kid which is the kids program.
