We have been teaching Tae Kwon do in the Amherst area for 27 years.
Amherst martial Arts is dedicated to developing the complete Martial Artist, strengthening mind, body, and spirit.
I love working with all ages, from 4 year olds to 74 year olds. It's wonderful to see people build confidence and sell esteem, and to learn how to defend themselves.
