I am a 200 hr Certified Yoga Instructor and Reiki Practioner. I believe you must bring your whole self to the table if you want to thrive in today’s crazy world; your personality, your sense of humor, and most importantly, your heart. What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I like to be in contact with my student, via, phone call, text, email or video chat to discuss any concerns and goal ect. This allows me to prepare a personlized class based on your needs and desires.
