Hi, I am Sharad Shrestha originally from Nepal now residing in USA since 1996, I am a Sportsperson since I have been a kid. I represented my country Nepal in 5 different sports.I workout regulary & Always been on Best shape but in 2000 I was diagonesd with Crihns disease & by 2004 my family friends even Dr gave up on me .... Dr told me to do surgery & be on medication for life.. I cudn't afford But I NEVER GIVE UP.. I cudn't even walk properly more than 5 steps.. when everyone gave up .. I said to me SHOWTIME... I left medication & Everything .. I started with stretching & then NEVER STOPPING WORKOUTS .. OLD SCHOOL WAYS.. Its been now 10 years I survived & in the Best shape of my life physically & mentally .. Now I have a small gym in my basement & I train & help my clients to be FITTEST.. & I WANT THEM TO OVERCOME THEIR WEAKNESS.. I teach different kind of methods Old School ways.. MORE EFFECTIVE & I DON'T USE MACHINES .. I train on Free weights, body weights, defining body toned & flexibility.. I train FUSION. REMEMBER YOUR BODY IS THE BEST OUTFIT YOU WILL EVER WEAR.. What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I take their Fitness assesment test .. & find out what exactly they want... then I describe them what I think they should do.. as its Not Always what You want but instead What You really need .. then I walk them thru my workout routine & xplain how I m going to work in their each & every part of their body to make it the BEST...
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Self made Trainer, have worked in LA Fitness on call as a fitness trainer, have trained martial arts back in my country & also coakched atheletes for Cricket team in Nepal.. & now helping people to regain their fitness, flexibility & inner strength.. I use my own Fusion style including yoga taichi shaolinboxing shadowboxing stretching breathing excersise

I Usually charge $40 an hour for my work & recommend 2/3 x a week routine & for minimum 3/6 months contracts..
How did you get started teaching?
With all my past & present experience & also after my Chronic Crohns disease I decided to help people to fight their weakness & overcome & be in their Best Shape... as Health is Wealth..
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with all different kind of students Young middle aged & older.. Mostly my students/clients are girls who want to look good fit flexible & toned body... I don't recommend to loose weight but Loose fat & loose size. Also worked with little elderly people to find their mobilty & flexibility using mostly stretching workouts..
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Don't work on what you want But work on what You REALLY NEED ...
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Will I be comfortable ?? Shud I be more open so I can tell all my negatives to change into positives.. Can I commit myself & get the results..
