Welcome to Ascend Institute of Martial Arts, founded in 2015 and located in Bethesda, MD. We are the only martial arts school in Bethesda that offers Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Our classes cater to both adults and kids, covering a wide range of techniques from Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu to Cardio Kickboxing and MMA. We pride ourselves on our family-friendly atmosphere and a diverse array of class options.
