Yoga Mandara is a beautiful and cozy studio nestled in a residential neighborhood of North Bethesda, MD. Elizabeth teaches individualized group and private yoga classes that are inspired by the lunar cyles of the moon, and the solar cycles of the sun.
Knowledge of intelligent alignment, with the feeling of inspired myth, creates conscious action in yoga. Head, heart, and hand in harmony with nature.
Every day is a different day, and accordingly, we focus on different parts of the mind and body, making every yoga class a unique experience that is tailored to the sun/moon energies of the day.

For the past eight years, I have been practicing yoga with Elizabeth at Yoga Mandara, I always go to classes with the same pleasure and enthusiasm. In addition of having a strong training and vast experience, Elizabeth is funny and very creative. All lessons are unique and original. She brings joy and humor to a thoroughly creative practice. When arriving in bad shape or in grumpy mood at a lesson, we always finish in good shape and great spirits.
