About
Aikido Yoshokai of Minnesota, located in Minneapolis and the surrounding areas, offers quality instruction in Yoshokai style Aikido. This traditional Japanese form of Budo includes both physical and mental training, teaching students pins, controls, throws, and safe falling in a supportive, non-competitive atmosphere. Classes are held at the Waterbury Building and the Movement Arts Center in the Seward neighborhood. Their goal is to foster a practice of harmony with everyone.
