In the 11 years of teaching what I still enjoy the most teaching the kids different martial arts technique and strategy. There are so many aspects to self-defense that most people who have never trained before just don't know about. In an edgy american society learning how to defend yourself is one of the most valuable skills anyone can acquire regardless of their age.
