I am able to provide breathing techniques, guided imagery, muscle tension release which benefits the student’s overall health and wellbeing. I incorporate yoga music (nature sounds, gentle guitar or piano, yogis singing, chimes). I provide bolsters, straps, pillows, blankets, blocks, wedges. You bring your own mat. I teach haha yoga (gentle stretches, sun salutations, strengthening, flow yoga, and offer restorative poses using yoga props (as listed).
I like to set an intention for class, readings such as poems or quotes, and provide an eye pillow during Savasana that has dried rose petals., lavender, and golden flax seed.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Get background information, select asanas, breathwork, meditation, soft music and props for student. Incorporate suggestions for practice at home and follow up on progress or concerns of student. The common goal is bridging the gap between mind, body, and soul. Helps to live in the present moment.
