    I had never considered Yoga before because I am a Believer in Christ. I had always been told that Yoga was about meditation and centering and really had its roots in mysticism, so I steered clear of it. As Ive grown more in Grace and the knowledge of Christ and am now deeply rooted in Him, I trust Him to give me discernment and to warn me if there is something that is not good for me. Having said all of that I decided to try my first yoga class, after meeting Anjana. I never felt like I was being encouraged to focus my mind on some evil thing or practice and Anjana made it very clear from the beginning that this was not about religion. I liked her gentle approach and what my time with her gave me--a really good workout that was relaxing and body flexibility that I never thought I could achieve. She made it fun and something to look forward to every week.
