A lifelong martial artist, my journey began at age 5 with Taekwondo, where I developed a love for high-speed, head-high kicks and dynamic techniques. By age 7, I discovered kickboxing, dedicating most of my time to mastering its fierce strikes and relentless pace. My hard work paid off when I became an ISKA (International Sport Kickboxing Association) World Champion at just 16, and I proudly defended that title at age 17—proving that dedication and discipline truly pay off.

In addition to kickboxing, I’ve trained extensively in Karate—particularly the intense and brutal Kyokushin style under Shihan Brown of Charlotte Kokoro Dojo—known for its full-contact sparring and rigorous conditioning. I’ve also immersed myself in Boxing, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and Wing Chun, each adding a new dimension to my skill set and competitive edge. This diverse training background allows me to offer a well-rounded, effective approach to striking and self-defense.

Martial arts isn’t just a hobby for me—it’s a way of life. I believe it teaches invaluable lessons beyond physical skills: resilience, discipline, confidence, camaraderie, and mental toughness. Watching my students grow, both physically and mentally, is my greatest reward. My classes are challenging but fun—designed to push you beyond your limits and ignite your inner fire. My teaching style might be tough—think John Kreese—but I do so to unlock your full potential and help you discover the strength you never knew you had.
