About

I’ve created a conscious business designed to grow my clients mentally and physically. I have a passion for motivating others to be their best selves. I am a person of increase, with every interaction with my business you will grow and feel better in all aspects of your life.

I specialize in yoga and stretching training but I take a more holistic approach. Yoga isn’t just the physical practice but also meditation, breathing techniques and mental awareness. I teach all of the practices that I use personally and have proven success with my methods.

Frequently asked questions

There are 1-2 sessions used as a get to know you. I examine your current routines and lifestyle habits. Assess your flexibility and overall health and wellness. Then we set some goals for our time together, what you would like to accomplish and how long you would like to work together. Typically I start with a two month introductory series as a minimum and after the first two months we can reasses if we would like to continue.

After our initial sessions I create an individualized for your growth based on your goals. A typical session includes 10 minutes of stretching, 45 minutes of yoga flow and strength training, 10 minutes guided meditation and a 15 minutes wellness/progress update.

I am a  200 hour registered yoga teacher. I studied meditation and yoga in Rishikesh, India. I have been practicing holistic health for 5 years, studying meditation extensively for 2 years.

Based on what you would like to accomplish it may vary. But for an average 90 minutes session it is $55.

I started with a mentor of my own to work through my own self healing and grew from there. I’ve always taught yoga but wanted to expand my business to include more full spectrum health.

I’ve worked with all types of students. Beginner yoga students, people in early adulthood looking to heal their traumas and mainly middle aged women looking for meaning in their life. People come to me who are looking for a more healthy lifestyle but mainly it’s people who want to feel better.

I recently traveled to India and tore my ACL through the fault of another yoga teacher. While most people wouldn’t be “fond” of this experience I loved it (not at first of course). I see everything as a lesson and an opportunity to grow and having to sit through half of the training without being able to physically practice brought me so much deeper into what I was learning. Everything happens for a reason, are you ready to figure out why?

Get clear about what you want! A teacher can only do so much, you have to be motivated yourself!
