What is your typical process for working with a new student?

We begin with a baseline assessment to see where our students should begin. We address any injuries/faults and correct postural inconsistency. Then from their, we use the student's natural skills to boost their abilities in other areas of fitness. We monitor things like body composition, physical ability and nutrition.
