I'm registered with Yoga Alliance eRYT200 (I have taught more than 1000 hours of Hatha yoga classes).
I've completed over 200 hours of yoga teacher training (by certified Iyengar teachers) and over 500 Iyengar yoga classes.
I teach four public classes a week in Chapel Hill and two public classes a week in NW Cary.
