We offer small group training for women only. Our studio features an on-site physical therapist, nutrition counseling, yoga, stretching classes, and customized workouts for less than the cost of a personal trainer.
We absolutely love getting to know the women in our community. We are always supporting and encouraging one another.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
The first visit will be with the Physical Therapist or General Manager. New members complete a free movement assessment to learn about past injuries, medical concerns, and determines the new members starting fitness level and restrictions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All staff has a minimum of a B.S. and nationally recognized training certification. Our head trainer is a clinical exercise physiologist. We also have a M.S. physiology nutritional coach, and a Doctorate of physical therapist on staff.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
$20 per class when purchased one at a time, otherwise there are monthly options based on workout frequency that reduce the cost per class.
What types of students have you worked with?
A broad spectrum of women. Some are recent or future bariatric surgery patients, others are new to working out or strength training. We also have some very athletic women who enjoy very active lifestyles.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Make sure you're in an environment that is welcoming, postive, and safe so that you associate your physical activity with positive feelings.
