I've been an Actress and Choreographer over the years and due to the physical demands of my field I have been training and teaching fitness. I currently hold a NETA group instructor certification and I’m certified as a Personal Trainer by ISSA; I’m also a licensed Aquatic instructor, Cycling, and Yoga trainer
