We offer self Defense and Self Confidence. Steve Hall is currently the highest ranked Royce Gracie Network Black Belt in the world, with nearly 3 decades of martial arts experience and 11 years teaching in Charlotte, he has built one of the strongest teams in the Carolinas.
The Fight To Win School is a safe clean environment for kids and adults to have fun getting in shape, while learning invauable life skills.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Our Fundementals classes are designed around you. Every class is perfect for your first day, with easy instruction and low intensity training. Monday and Wednesday nights 6:30pm-7:30pm, come in and see for yourself how fun training can be.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The Fight To Win Team has multiple instructors around the Charlotte area that are held to the highest standards in excellence in both Gracie Self Defence and sport Jiu Jitsu.

What types of students have you worked with?
We have worked with almost everyone! Our kids class starts at 6 years old, and we go up from there. We do cater to law enforcement and pubice service, but all are welcome. The mat does not discriminate in any way, if you want to improve yourself we can help.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
We have locations in North Charlotte, Concord, Denver, Spartanburg, Shelby, Fayetteville and Asheville. Jiu Jitsu will change the way you see the world, so it is important to be comfortable where you are. Take a free class or two before committing, and make an educated decision based on your interactions with the students.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
If your decision is based solely on money you will get what you pay for. Education isn’t cheep, so don’t short yourself. Your gym should be convenient to your home or work, we have multiple locations to help keep your drive under 30 minutes. If you don’t have kids and live farther than that please consider the importance of your education to that commitment as well.
