Through training, I use my passion for basketball to help each student athlete get better and progress. Growth is a significant part of the game and I am here to help every one get better!
Seeing the progress and hard work of all the student athletes who I am able to help get better. Being that I am a former collegiate student athlete, I know what it takes to get to the next level; So to be able to give that knowledge and experience to other athletes, even those who look up to me, it is a special feeling

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First and foremost, creating familiarity with the student athlete is important. Find out what they know about the game as well as what areas they want to improve in and grow. I always ask each athlete to write down two short and two long term goals that they may want to achieve by the time our training session has completed. I also want them to understand that at times training may be hard, but it will always be fair. I will push them to their limits however, it is for their good and desire to get better.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold an associates degree in Sports, Fitness and Recreation Management. Which included learning a lot about the body, the proper way to workout(stretching and lifting) and different careers that are found in the Sports field; I dedicated my degree’s progress to studying well known trainers as well as creating and using different techniques to improve on not only my game but to help those who I train. Also, there are a few Overseas professional that hold Summer Camps every year to give the kids a chance to have fun and I am always asked to be a part of events as such.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Yes, I base pricing off of hourly training that is done.
How did you get started teaching?
Being that I am a athlete, I have always loved to train and get better. Throughout high school, because most of the athletes saw my progress and how I was getting better, I inspired a lot of people, not just basketball players but other sports athletes at my school as well to come and workout with me. They would mimic and follow what I did and we would all try to outwork one another. Since then I have took a fancy and passion to helping others get better. If I am able to help someone else get the opportunities that I have been afforded, or even half of them, I will be satisfied with my work.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with just about every age group that is possible. Ranging from 3 years old(beginners)-25 years old(professional athletes). There is no age limit on being trained; if you come to work hard and give total effort and energy, you will get better.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Recenty,
I was able to be a part of a small basketball camp that hosted students that have never really played the game before. They were able to come in and learn the fundamentals as well as have fun while getting better for a full week.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Pick someone who works for you. A lot of trainers will tell you what they can do for you. Allow your level of comfort and actual ability to SEE th growth in your game speak for itself.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Am I serious about dedicating myself to this sport? What are my strengths? What are my weaknesses? What are my specific individual goals? What are common goals between myself and my instructor?
