About

I create programs specifically for each of my clients. No generic templates, no "boot camps" that will injure you if you're not ready.

Additionally, because I'm a certified Weight Management Specialist and a Yoga instructor I also am able to help my clients with those aspects of a complete health experience.

Frequently asked questions

I start by determining if the student is serious about transforming their attitude, body and life. If a person isn't comitted - there's nothing I can do for them.

Once that's determined, I do a complete evaluation of their current fitness status.

Then, based on their goals, I design a program (with them) to meet their objectives.

I'm a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Weight Management Specialist and Certified Yoga Instructor.

Yes, I charge by the hour. If lessons are shorter, then I charge by the half hour. I also offer discounts for two people.

I had my own body transformation that started me. I used to weigh 50 lbs more than I do now and was a risk for a lot of issues. I was 50 years old and I couldn't bend over to pick up my 12 month old son because my big gut was in the way - and I had an "ah ha". I realized if I didn't change my life, I wasn't going to grow old enough to see him get married and have kids.

I got so into the science of fitness and just had such a desire to want to motivate and help others change their lives that I started getting my certifications.

Young to senior, couples, sisters, all different fitness levels.

Seeing one of my new students accomplish something she never thought she would :D

Be ready to bring it. I'll love you to death because I want the best for you - but if you're serious then I'm going to push you because I MUST.  No change takes place if you only do what you've done.  Body transformation starts with a transformation of the mind first - then the body.

What their true fitness is.

If they can do an exercise program (check with you doctor folks). If so, do they have any limitations.

Are they SERIOUS. (you can't do this half baked - it requires commitment)

What are their short term and long term fitness goals.

How many times a week can they workout.

Are they ready to be uncomforable (because they will be).

Are they committed to working out on days prescribed and they aren't with me.

Do they realize that they should never stop some type of phyisical fitness program?
