Yoga To You Wellness, LLC
I believe that every body is different and that there is not a one size fits all yoga or coaching program that will work for everyone. I also believe that we are truly the only expert on ourselves and that sessions become much more powerful when we work together.
So, whether you are dealing with a muscular skeletal challenge, are looking for help dealing with the challenges of anxiety, want to understand your monthly cycle, or even looking to deepen an existing yoga practice, I would love to work with you to design a personalized yoga or coaching program to fit your unique needs.
My certifications include a 500-hour Registered Yoga Instructor trained in the framework of Yoga Therapeutics, a Certified Personal Trainer through NASM with specialty certifications in Corrective Exercise and Behavior Change, and a Master’s Degree in Exercise Science. I have been in the fitness and yoga industry for almost a decade and am excited to use the knowledge I have gained to help others.
It is a passion of mine to empower others with knowledge. Especially knowledge that could possibly improve wellness and quality of life. I am so grateful that I have the opportunity to work with others and share what I have learned over the years through formal education and my independent studies.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Because specialized yoga programs are designed for the specific individual, your journey will begin with a discovery session that seeks to gather a general understanding of your current lifestyle. This includes things like how you spend the bulk of your time, what you do to tend to your physical and emotional well-being, a basic health history, and more.
If you are seeking a program that addresses a physical concern or issue, the initial session will include postural and movement assessments and muscle tests to better understand your unique structure and movement patterns and how to use yoga to address imbalances and dysfunction.
In the case you are using our time to assist in the emotional realm (anxiety, depression, stress, chronic pain, grief, etc), our discovery session will explore support tools, self-care, and employ various practices and techniques of yoga to aide in a greater sense of well-being. Successive sessions build on the plan we co-create in our first session to ensure your specialized yoga program is the right fit for you.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My certifications include a 500-hour Registered Yoga Instructor trained in the framework of Yoga Therapeutics, a Certified Personal Trainer through NASM with specialty certifications in Corrective Exercise and Behavior Change, and a Master’s Degree in Exercise Science.
