About
We focuse on the needs of our students. Our classes are non competitive and desgined to help students of all levels. We focus on quality over quantity of poses. With a history working with wound healing surgeons to Chinese Medicine doctors to Chiropractors we like to look at the root of what his happening that maybe triggering stress and coping habits. With the knowledge and understanding our students, we are then able to guide them in a private group setting where students are supportive of one another. We enjoy seeing results and watching students move out of their ailments and suffering.
