Sensoryoga is about providing ease by offering gentle yoga and restorative yoga. For over 10 years I have been offering yoga classes to people who are looking to improve their health, reduce their stressors, and enjoy the changes that yoga can offer.
Special classes are designed for persons of all ages who are on the autism spectrum.
Additionally Laughter Yoga classes are offered each quarter.
I am certified as a 200RYT in Hatha yoga, with additional certifications in Yoga for the Special Needs Child, Laughter Yoga, and Restorative Yoga.
