As a yoga instructor, I rely on intentional and healing practice, personalized modifications to self-empowerment and awareness. Designed for kids and adults of all ages. Certified by kids around yoga unique program and Yoga Alliance 200 yet. As a swim instructor as well lifeguard, Am focus on safety and self-confidence through all levels (parent/child to adulthood)of aquatic skills.
Connecting with people from all walks of lives in a positive way. Seeing the growth of my students and being part of their experience.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
A brief background in their practice knowledge and their intention to the classes, any previous or present injuries that may need modification.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Former competitor swimwear, acquired full training through YSL of YMCA, CPR pro, AED, oxygen and first aid certified. KAY(KIDDING AROUND YOGA) CERIGIED. Yoga Alliance certified.

How did you get started teaching?
As a swim instructor after placing my daughter on a class and realizing that I had the skills and passion to do it myself. As yoga instructir, started a personal healing journey which inspire me to pass on the same to others in similar paths.
What types of students have you worked with?
working at YMCA aquatics facility for the past 3 1/2 years , I have had the privilege to teach kids and adults of all was if life as well as volunteering to community programs for low income families.
