At Self-Defense 4 All, we train everyone from beginners to advanced with precision and purpose. Every class builds real-world skill under pressure. Our system is grounded in Krav Maga and integrates Wrestling, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, biomechanics, and tactical conditioning—engineered for real violence, not martial arts theater.

I was born in Portugal and earned my stripes training under top instructors across Europe. For 16 years, I was an elite athlete on the National Karate Team, competing around the world. I trained under major federations like the FEKM for nearly 20 years. Today, I lead an independent system built to deliver structured, brutally effective results.

With decades of experience in martial arts, biomechanics, and human performance—including work in the space industry—our training is technical, intelligent, and demanding. We take beginners (and all levels) seriously, because day one sets the trajectory.

Located in Cedar Knolls and Morris Plains, New Jersey, we offer Krav Maga classes, courses, and full-spectrum training programs.

Our mission is to build safer lives by promoting the values of diversity, respect, trustworthiness, character, and non-violence. We aim to create a better society—one where individuals are confident, self-aware, and capable of defending themselves and others.
