About

I love meeting new people & working with them to achieve their goals & help them feel better in their bodies, minds & lives. Yoga is a personal journey. A yoga practice comes is developed in different ways & I help you weave your practice into your life. I love showing someone how yoga isn't just a practice on your mat, but an experience you take with you & helps improve your life. I have been a yoga practitioner for 19 years. I've been teaching yoga & meditation in privates & in studios for about 15 years all over Long Island. My goal is to make you feel comfortable & capable. I'm a 500 hour registered yoga teacher & educator. I'm registered with the Yoga Alliance, which is a National Alliance. I carry my own insurance. You can find me on Facebook, Twitter & Instagram. I am currently teaching in person classes (I was on zoom during the pandemic) at Yajamahe Yoga in Northport. I'm also currently teaching on Zoom on Monday's at 10am on Zoom through Union Fit app under Balance Yoga & Mindful Turtle. I have in person & online 1:1 private lessons in the comfort of my clients homes. I have taught yoga in the Farmingdale school district for the District Wellness events. Please contact me for more information.

I'm a very down to earth person & work with each individual and their needs. I enjoy what I do because I get to meet wonderful people who are like me. Looking for something to make a difference in their life & to make you look at life differently. I love to share this wonderful experience with others.
