Martial arts and fitness has consumed my life for more than a decade. I have learned from world champion trainers and competitors. I have competed in MMA, kickboxing, and boxing. Helping people reach their fitness goals while learning a skill they will keep with them forever is my passion! I am also an NASM certified personal trainer. I had never trained boxing or kickboxing before I met Tom. He gave great instruction and gave me a great workout. I boosted my confidence by only getting in shape, but learning to defend myself along the way. Affordable, and worth it. Highly recommend!!!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I like to find out my student's fitness backround, and how recently they have been active. I then find out their goals, and put together the most efficient and fun plan I can to help them achieve these goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and fitness nutrition specialist. I also have 15 years of boxing, kickboxing, and martial arts experience.
