Frequently asked questions

I start with fundamentals that teach the student how to move efficiently from his or her core. Teaching is systemic and progressive, following time-tested, traditional practices that are designed for success.

I begin by teaching Five Element Qigong, since it is the easiest to learn and has applicability to martial arts if the student desires to go in this direction.

I practice Chinese Medicine and have studied various forms of Neigong and internal martial arts for man years. I hold instructor rank in San Miguel Esrkrima and Estacada, and am currently an instructor-candidate in Li Gui Chang's method of Xing Yi Quan, under Tom Bisio.
