In Light Yoga and Health is a cozy, sacred space where students practice Kundalini Yoga and Meditation as taught by Yogi Bhajan. It is the yoga of awareness.
All ability levels are welcome. Classes consist of pranayama--breath work, Kriya--a series of exercises, deep relaxation and meditation. There is mantra--chanting, and mudra--specific hand positions. Kundalini Yoga will uplift you and give you a sense of expansion!
Many people have enjoyed positive transformation as a result of Kundalini Yoga. It gets to the root of negative thought patterns while enabling you to become fit and flexible. This, and more, is what I experience and love sharing with others.
I have international certification in Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan from the Kundalini Research Institute KRI). I have been teaching since 2008.

This is a woman with good skill and intentions. Even if you are completely new with yoga, she is patient with you and everyone else in the room, and helps to teach you not just how to practice yoga, but why you should practice it. A little pricey, but a good investment. It really helped with my lower back problems.
