We're committed to maintaining a safe intimate space thats offers a welcoming environment for clients of all level to achieve their goals. Group classes utilize a variety of props such as exercise balls - - magic circles, foam rollers, therabands, and hand weights to enhance class. No two classes are ever the same and every class is customized for the active participants!
We love helping people achieve their fitness goals and transforming their minds and bodies through my different approach techniques to fitness.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I will then send you an online questionnaire which goes through all this more in details and gives me all the information I need to create your customized personal training program.

How did you get started teaching?
I was introduced to pilates and yoga through my corporate job. I loved the way it made me feel and want to share that experience with others. I was giving freelance PT sessions at the gym and After leaving my job I decided to get certified.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
All of my students have transformed their minds and their bodies. Fitness has become a major part of their daily activites.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
I would look for someone who has the passion and who cares about their clients. I would be leary of someone who is only after the money and doesn't follow up, or give you a proper plan to meet your goals.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
What do you want in a personal trainer? Are you committed to making a change? What is your goal for working with a personal trainer, Pilates Instructor, and Yoga Instructor.
