Kundalini Yoga is the yoga of awareness, it will transform you.
It suits everybody, no matter your age, your physical fitness or your flexibility. Actually it doesn't require any flexibility like many other forms of yoga.
We use a blend of postures (asana), breathing (pranayama), hands positions (mudra), relaxation and meditation in order to get results very quickly.
It's so effective that after your very first class you'll feel the effects on your mind and body.
I'm a sound healer and use singing bowls or gong during the sessions to deepen the effect of the practice.
I'm a certified Kundalini Yoga instructor.
I'm certified in Gong Yoga of the Holistic Resonance.
I'm fluent in 4 languages and can teach in French, Spanish, Italian and English
Kundalini Yoga is a very effective form of Yoga. I love to see how the students feel relieve from stress and elevated after the very first class.
I enjoy sharing easy breathing and meditation techniques that students can then do by themselves. In just 3 minutes of daily practice you can really feel better.

There is no typical student, everyone is different. My classes are fully customable according to the student needs.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
You don't need to adapt to yoga. Find the yoga that fits you.
If you're not flexible look for a meditative yoga like kundalini yoga.
If you are stressed don't look for a stressful yoga with demanding postures it will take you months to achieve. Kundalini yoga will help you breath to blow out stress.
