About
My yoga teaching is supported with my diverse background. I have a rich experience in sports, being a professional in martial arts and having a black belt in judo. I also have a master's degree in physical therapy.
All my experience combined, gives me an opportunity to understand the needs of a client better and tailor a specific program with needed modifications. I design a program based on client's performance and health issues.
Finally, with my 300-hour meditation training, I add in mindfulness practices in my teaching and work to connect mind and body.
I enjoyed practicing different sports throughout my life. It gives me a great joy to show people that working out does not have to be a dreaded thing. Seeing my clients get stronger with every class, mentally and physically makes very proud. Moreover, working with clients that have health issues allows me to make their life a little easier and help them feel better. Playing a part in my clients leaving a class a bit stronger and inspired is a great reward.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
The most important thing is connecting with the client and working together towards understanding the wants, needs and goals of practice. I tailor the program to serve the above, always considering the client's feedback. Finally, during the course of the program I observe and modify based on how the client performs and feels.
