As a Functional Conditioning & Skills Development Mentor, my expertise lies in helping athletes, specifically basketball players, reach their full potential by improving their physical fitness and basketball-specific skills. With a strong focus on functional conditioning, I design personalized training programs that target the specific needs of each athlete, taking into account their current fitness level, skill level, and individual goals.

My approach to training is rooted in functional movement, which involves training the body to move in a way that is natural and efficient. In addition to functional conditioning, I also specialize in skills development.
